Errol Cromwell is a licensed general contractor and the visionary founder of Brothers Construction, Inc., established in 1985 on the vibrant island of St. Croix, USVI. For nearly four decades, Errol has cultivated a company that reflects his deep passion for construction, unwavering dedication to family, and strong commitment to the community. From its inception, Brothers Construction, Inc. has upheld a reputation for exceptional workmanship and meaningful community engagement — values that mirror Errol’s character and vision.

Errol’s journey in construction began humbly, working as an assistant to a skilled carpenter. His quick grasp of the trade and natural curiosity inspired him to pursue his dream of entrepreneurship. While much of his expertise is self-taught, Errol further honed his skills by pursuing formal education in Industrial Arts, where he earned certifications in areas such as blueprint reading, woodworking, and construction techniques. These courses deepened his understanding of the trade and equipped him with the technical knowledge to navigate complex projects with confidence and precision.

Throughout his journey, Errol has been steadfastly supported by his wife, Rosa White Cromwell, whose encouragement and partnership have played a key role in the growth and success of Brothers Construction.
